March For Our Lives Social Media. The march for our lives movement created by the parkland students demonstrates the role of social media in amplifying awareness and assisting in the choreography of assembly. The social media challenge was proposed by the um capstone class for pr students called campaigns, taught by professor heidi carr.
In conjunction with the university of miami, march for our lives has started a social media challenge dubbed the #wecallbs challenge and has specifically reached out to teachers and students at marjory stoneman douglas. The social media associate will support the communications team of march for our lives (mfol) in planning, executing, and implementing all aspects of mfol’s digital communications activities including social media campaigns, social media activities, and creative content creation.
